NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 7:00pm in the Council Chambers, Civic Center, 110 East Main St, Los Gatos, to consider adopting a resolution amending Town fees, rates and charges for certain services.

A complete record concerning this matter is on file for public inspection in the Clerk Department at 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos. Interested persons are encouraged to appear and be heard at this public hearing.

TIME: 7:00 P.M.
LOCATION: COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 110 EAST MAIN STREET

16982 Kennedy Road – Architecture and Site Applications S-16-050 (Lot 8) and S-16-051 (Lot 9). Requesting approval to demolish an existing single-family residence, remove a second unit, and construct two new single-family residences on properties zoned R-1:8. APN 532-35-060. PROPERTY OWNER: GST LLC. APPLICANT: D+C Development, c/o Laura Zuckerman. PROJECT PLANNER: Azhar Khan.

Information concerning the above application are on file in the Community Development Department at 110 E. Main Street, and available for public inspection during regular public counter hours 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; and the Town Library, 100 Villa Avenue, during regular business hours. Please Note: Town offices will be closed Monday, February 20, 2017 in observance of the Presidents’ Day holiday.

The staff report to the Planning Commission will be available for public review three days prior to the meeting in the Community Development Department from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Town Clerk’s Office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the Town Library, during regular business hours; and on the Town’s website at www.losgatosca.gov.

All persons interested in said applications are encouraged to appear at the public hearing and be heard. If anyone wishes to challenge the action on the above applications in court, they may be limited to raising only those issues they or anyone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing. Deadline for all written correspondence is 11:00 a.m. the day of the meeting.

2017 BUSINESS TAX AND LICENSING
BUSINES LICENSE RENEWALS FOR ALL BUSINESSES INCLUDING
HOME-BASED BUSINESSES

Business license taxes were due January 3, 2017. As a courtesy, reminder notices were mailed in December 2016. Per Town Code Section 14.10.075, a second 25% late penalty will be assessed on March 3, 2017 if payment is not received by March 2, 2017. For more information, call (408) 354-6835.
