Park Reservations, Permits, & Fees

The Town of Los Gatos provides and maintains a variety of park and public areas for the general enjoyment of the community and are available for reservation by individuals or groups.  

Reservations may be made for Oak Meadow Park (picnic areas #1-9), and the Town neighborhood parks (Bachman, Belgatos, Blossom Hill, La Rinconada, and Live Oak Manor).

Parks Special Use Permit

A Parks Special Use Permit may be required for some or all the following elements:

  • Use of 3 or more sites and groups of 100 or more in Oak Meadow Park
  • Groups of 25 or more at any of the Town's neighborhood parks
  • Organized recreational/class activities
  • Vendors or caterer, if event is more than 100 attendees at Oak Meadow Park

Special Event Permit

If the nature of your event will impede on public property and may include the following elements:  Large crowds, street closures, beer & wine sales, music & entertainment (I.e., festivals, parades, races, street fairs, carnivals, sidewalk sales, concerts, etc.), please review the Special Event Permit information available through the Town Manager's Office.
