The Town Council appoints members of the public to specific Town Boards, Commissions, and Committees (collectively "Commissions"). The primary responsibility of the Commissions is to act as advisory bodies to the Council. Commission members identify issues of interest to the community, make policy recommendations to the Council, and initiate programs that benefit the community.

The mid-year adult Commissioner recruitment has been cancelled. The next adult Commissioner recruitment will be the annual recruitment in the fall. Applications for all Boards, Commissions, and Committees can be submitted at any time.
Applications are being accepted for the Youth Commission for students entering 8 through 12 grade in the 2020/2021 school year.
