Boards, Commissions & Committees

The Town Council appoints members of the public to specific Town Boards, Commissions, and Committees (collectively "Commissions"). The primary responsibility of the Commissions is to act as advisory bodies to the Council. Commission members identify issues of interest to the community, make policy recommendations to the Council, and initiate programs that benefit the community. 
Current Roster/Appointee List. Updates are made to the Town's Roster/Appointee List as needed. 

Board, Commission, and Committee Volunteer Opportunities

Applications are currently being accepted for:

  • General Plan Update Advisory Committee (GPAC)

And for unfilled vacancies on the following:

  • Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC)
  • Community and Senior Services Commission (CSSC)

Applications are due Wednesday, August 1, 2018, 5:00 p.m.  Interviews are scheduled for Tuesday, August 7, 2018, (tentatively to begin at 5:00 p.m.)
