Accessory Dwelling Units at Planning Commission - February 26

On Wednesday, February 26, 2020, the Planning Commission will consider amendments to Chapter 29 (Zoning Regulations) of the Town Code to align with new State law regarding accessory dwelling units.

 The amendments include substantive changes related to the minimum number, size, and location of accessory dwelling units allowed on a lot with a primary dwelling.

The Town seeks public input on the proposed amendments.

Family Daycare Homes at Planning Commission - February 26

On Wednesday, February 26, 2020, the Planning Commission will consider proposed amendments to Chapter 29 (Zoning Regulations) of the Town Code to align with new State law regarding family daycare homes.

The new State law requires small and large daycare homes to be allowed by right in all districts where residential uses are allowed.

Preferred Land Use Alternative for the General Plan Update - February 26

On Wednesday, February 26, 2020, the Planning Commission will discuss and recommend a preferred land use alternative framework to Town Council based on the recommendation by the General Plan Update Advisory Committee.
