On November 27, 2023 work will begin to replace the youth playground at Howe's Playlot.
The work area will be fenced for safety and the tot swings and slides will be closed while the work is underway. The walkway between Howes Drive and Thomas Drive is expected to remain open but may be subject to periodic closures. Work should be completed by December 8, 2023.
The previous youth playground was destroyed in the storms of last winter and staff has been working since that time with the Town's insurance company and the playground manufacturer to secure this replacement. Thank you for your patience while the work is in progress.
