Silicon Valley Community Choice Energy Partnership January 11, 2016


Join the Silicon Valley Community Choice Energy Partnership on Monday, January 11, 2016 for an informational meeting to share the preliminary results of its technical study and detail next steps in the program's development.  The meeting will be held at 110 E. Main Street, in the Town Council Chambers.

The Partnership, comprised of twelve agencies across Santa Clara County, has been exploring a new way to buy cleaner, greener power on behalf of residents and businesses over the past year.

EIR Scoping Meeting for 401 to 409 Alberto Way
January 12, 2016


The Town of Los Gatos will be the lead agency and will prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the project identified below. A scoping meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, 110 East Main Street, to discuss the scope and content of the EIR. This is a scoping meeting only and no action will be taken on these applications.

401 to 409 Alberto Way. Architecture and Site Application S-15-056, Conditional Use Permit Application U-15-009. Requesting approval to demolish three existing office buildings and construct two, two story office buildings with underground parking on property zoned CH. APN 529-23-018. PROPERTY OWNER: CWA Realty. APPLICANT: Shane Arters, LP Acquisitions, LLC.

Planning Commission meetings are held regularly on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held in the Town Council Chambers located at 110 E. Main Street. Commission meetings are broadcast live on KCAT-15. Live and archived videos are also available online.

To provide input on any Planning Commission agenda item, please visit the Public Guide to Town Council Meetings to learn more about how members of the public may submit comments via email, postal mail or hand-delivered prior to the Commission meeting at which the item will be considered.
