EIR Scoping Meeting for 401 to 409 Alberto Way

The Town of Los Gatos will be the lead agency and will prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the project identified below. A scoping meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, 110 East Main Street, to discuss the scope and content of the EIR. This is a scoping meeting only and no action will be taken on these applications.
401 to 409 Alberto Way. Architecture and Site Application S-15-056, Conditional Use Permit Application U-15-009. Requesting approval to demolish three existing office buildings and construct two, two story office buildings with underground parking on property zoned CH. APN 529-23-018.
