North Forty Specific Plan Phase I
Community Open House
February 23, 2016

The Town and the North 40 Development Team will be hosting a Community Open House regarding Phase 1 of the North 40 Specific Plan Area. The Open House will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers at 110 E. Main Street.

Phase 1 involves development on the southern half of the Specific Plan Area. Phase 1 development includes 320 residential units, which will include 50 affordable senior units; approximately 66,000 square feet of commercial floor area, and will include a market hall, and on-site and off-site improvements.

The Specific Plan and Phase 1 development plans are available for review online and in the Community Development Department at 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95030.

A scaled model will be located in the Town Council Chambers Lobby throughout the public hearing process.

is Now Available Online

The agenda for the February 24, 2016 Planning Commission meeting is available online.

Planning Commission meetings are held regularly on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held in the Town Council Chambers located at 110 E. Main Street. Commission meetings are broadcast live on KCAT-15. Live and archived videos are also available online.

To provide input on any Planning Commission agenda item, please visit the Public Guide to Town Council Meetings to learn more about how members of the public may submit comments via email, postal mail or hand-delivered prior to the Commission meeting at which the item will be considered.

Alpine Avenue Preferential Parking Petition Update

On Tuesday, March 1, 2016, the Town Council, at their regular Town Council meeting, is scheduled to consider the Alpine Avenue Neighborhood preferential parking petition.

As part of the Town’s Neighborhood Parking Plan Process, the petition has been reviewed by staff and the Transportation and Parking Commission. You are welcome to attend the March 1, 2016 Town Council meeting. The meeting will be held in the Town Council Chambers at 110 E. Main Street and will begin at 7:00 P.M.
