Join us for another fabulous Zoom cooking lesson with Isabelle Cnudde, founder of Clorofil, a micro-sanctuary in the Bay area addressing the impact of animal agriculture on our planet. She gives presentations on the plight of farmed animals and educates the public about pet chicken adoption and care. Isabelle will will teach us how to create delicious holiday feasts without animal products. Isabelle will show how to create a savory plant-based holiday feast with a mushroom wellington as centerpiece. She will also make a vegan stuffing, and explain how to veganize traditional side dishes like a green bean casserole, roasted sweet potatoes, and more. This fall, the Library is partnering with Plant Based Advocates to present a series of programs focused on reducing our traditional reliance on meat and dairy.
