Join us for Wonderful Ones Storytime in the Children's Room every Thursday at 11 am! We will sing, move, and read together as we work on developing our early literacy skills while also building community connections. This program is specifically intended for the developmental stages of one year olds but concepts can be transferred to similar ages.
For ages 7 only: Join Librarian Robert in the Children's Room and learn to knit! Learn the basic skills to get started on a simple project and practice your stitching.
(Recommended for readers ages 5 ) Pair up with a therapy dog, the perfect reading buddy, choose a book from our shelves in the Children’s Room, and read aloud to a quiet, furry friend. This program provides the right environment for young readers to gain confidence in their reading skills, next to a non-judgmental dog friend. All dogs are certified therapy animals.
