Come join fellow needlework and textile arts enthusiasts at the library! Crafters of all levels are welcome to bring their projects and chat, teach, learn, and make new friends at this casual weekly get together. This group is entirely self-directed and you are encouraged to bring your own tools and materials. If you are looking for some inspiration or don’t know where to start, check out Creativebug- it's free with your library card and offers hundreds of project ideas and instructions.
Join us on Zoom to cook with Colleen Patrick-Goudreau — dubbed the “Vegan Martha Stewart” by VegNews magazine! Colleen has been guiding people to experience the benefits of plant-based eating for over 22 years. The author of seven books, including The Joy of Vegan Baking and The 30-Day Vegan Challenge, Colleen's classes are fun, interactive, and live in real-time! Participants receive recipes in advance so they can cook along — or just watch. Join Colleen from the comfort of your kitchen to learn to make these delicious recipes that are perfect for weekday breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Colleen will be cooking Garlic and Greens Soup, Smoky Crispy Chickpeas, and No-Bake Apple Crumble.
