General Plan
The Los Gatos Town Council certified the Environmental Impact Report and adopted the 2040 General Plan on June 30, 2022.
On April 2, 2024, the Town Council voted to rescind the 2040 Land Use Element and 2040 Community Design Element. Please reference the 2020 Land Use Element and 2020 Community Design Element.
