The Building Division helps to ensure health, safety and welfare of the citizens, property owners and visitors of the Town of Los Gatos. Building Inspectors are available by appointment only. Building Permits will be issued/ accepted Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Appointments with the Building Official are available between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., and can be scheduled by calling 408-354-6815.
