ADOPT ORDINANCE 2312 OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA AMENDING CHAPTER 29 (ZONING REGULATIONS) OF THE TOWN CODE REGARDING OUTDOOR LIGHTING (SUMMARIZED)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that at its meeting of Tuesday, October 6, 2020, the Town Council conducted the introduction and first reading, and at its meeting of Tuesday, October 20, 2020 the Town Council adopted Ordinance 2312 “An Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos Amending Chapter 29 (Zoning Regulations) of the Town Code Regarding Outdoor Lighting.” AYES: Jensen, Rennie, Sayoc, Spector. NAYS: None. ABSENT: None. ABSTAIN: None.
This ordinance was enacted and will go into effect thirty (30) days from that date. A complete copy of the ordinance is available in the Clerk Department, 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95030. If you wish to challenge the action of the Town Council in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Town of Los Gatos Town Hall at, or prior to, the public hearing.
