Spring into Green is Back!
We are happy to announce that after a two-year hiatus, we're back! Join us this April 24th at Town Plaza Park, to celebrate Keep Los Gatos Beautiful Month, environmental sustainability, and Earth Day! The festivities include environmentally focused exhibitor booths, a tree planting ceremony, the weekly Los Gatos Farmer’s Market, family-friendly activities, live music and more!
Mayor's Welcome and Tree Planting Ceremony
Mayor Rob Rennie will welcome attendees and lead the Town in our annual tree planting ceremony to honor Arbor Day and Los Gatos’ 42nd Tree City USA award!
Eco-Educational & Informational Booths
There will be over 20 exhibitors from local non-profits, service club organizations and partner agencies, all sharing their organization’s mission and how they’re doing their part to keep Los Gatos Beautiful. Click through the slideshow on the right to see which exhibitors are attending and click on their logo to learn more about them.
Please note - Exhibitor space is limited and are typically reserved to local non-profits, service clubs, and government agencies with an environmental focus. For more information on exhibitors booths contact Christina Hill at email@example.com
Family Friendly Fun
There will be plenty of fun and activities for the whole family! Highlights include:

Los Gatos Safe Routes to Schools will have a mini-road safety course for kids to ride through on their bikes, scooters or other wheels to get hands-on learning about the proper rules and safety measures when on the road.
There will also be a free helmet fitting station where you child can have their helmet properly fitted and learn tips and tricks to make sure they're wearing their helmet correctly.
The Town's Connect Los Gatos initiative will also be giving away free bike helmets and bike lights to Town residents, workers and visitors thanks to the 2016 Measure B grant. The quantity is limited so please stop by the Connect Los Gatos booth early and learn about the exiting projects throughout Los Gatos.
Live Music & Activities
Local favorites, Hootenanny, will provide live music at the event. There will also be a rock climbing wall, flower crown making, and more - all for free!
The weekly Los Gatos Farmers’ Market will take place as usual from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 pm. We encourage all shoppers to bring their reusable bags as always!
Free Bike Valet
In honor of Earth Day and Keep Los Gatos Beautiful Month, we highly encourage you to walk or ride your bike to the event. Take advantage of the Free Bike Valet brought to you by the Town’s Complete Streets and Transportation Commission (CSTC).
